Annoucing the first, (and posibly last unless you come,)
Calontir/knowne world Bardic Symposium.
The place: University of Missouri, Columbia Missouri
	The date: May 30th
The time: 9 am to 6 pm
	The reason:
Picture a lot of bards giving classes, taking classes, getting a
chance to have a one on one critique session with teams of bards and
educated audience members. An attempt at the best Bardic Circle in the
World! Classes on Norse Poetry by Yours Truly! Norse/Celtic law and
their overlap by a trained mundane lawyer and historian and a Celtic
historian! Bardic Costume, development and design by a Costume Laurel!
Vocal Technique taught by a pro! All the classes you want. (Hey, write
me and I will try to find someone to teach it that really knows what they
are talking about! Unless you wanna teach. Then write me and I'll get
you on the schedule!)
At present there is no cost, so there is no site fee! No feast,
but there are three cafeterias all around! (Yep, it's gotta be a dry
site, but I'm looking for a bar later, if not one really huge bardic
post-revel!)
So whatta ya say? Email me, (not the list! Don't wanna get
anyone upset!) to tell me what you think!
Mikal Hrafspa, (Mikal the Ram, Dean of the Bardic College of
Calontir.)
