minstrel: Is anyone posting?

I am currently looking at my "Welcom to the minstrel mailing list"
message dated 10 Feb 1998, and includes the personalized line:

However, I have not received any mail from this list. I'm sending this
note to find out if it comes back to me as a list member, of if there
was a computer burp after I signed on that bounced me. Thanks for you
patience.
