minstrel: German Dudelsacks?

Greetings all,

I am de-lurking to ask about an instrument for a friend of mine. He is
looking for a place to buy a German Dudelsack. He describes it as a small,
German-version of a bag pipe. He has heard them played but the only ones he
has ever seen are owned by individuals and they apparently are pretty rare.

Has anyone heard of this instrument and/or know where to purchase one?
