minstrel: 15th Century

I am helping give a feast for a Richard III Society chapter Valentine's
weekend. Can anyone suggest music, available either commercially or through
the SCA, that has an appropriate theme and is appropriate for the late 15th
Century? From PG to R rating only, please.
