minstrel: MIDI Program

Okay, not entirely minstrel, but...

I've decided to create a MIDI program that does everything I want it to do...

Currently I'm in the design phase, If there's anything you're interested in seing in such a program, please let me know.

I know that this is a long term project, but hey, so is life.
