local (university) music librarian:

"A very comprehensive resource that includes links to EM journals,
 instruments, other EM pages, bibliographies, library sites, examples
 of EM (both in tabulature and audio), links to EM societies, performing
 groups, and record catalogs that specialize in recordings of EM."
