     Do you know where I can get a copy of Livingston?  I spoke with her 
     once about 2 years ago...I'd like to see her book(let?).

I got 10 pages of manuscript (which fit on 5 pieces of paper) from the 
Bodlein recently. It came to around $5.20 and they took a credit card. 
Cambridge apparently charges a lot more. If you can give them the 
exact identifier of the manuscript and pages you want then there's no 
searching; they have it all on microfilm, apparently.
