I've got a few of the broadsides to greensleeves, I'll see if I can
dredge them out of my brain and books soon.

Some friends of mine pointed outa while ago that certain songs can be
sung to the tune of Greensleeves, and the lyrics of Greensleeves can
likewise be sung to their tunes. The secret, of course, is that
Greensleeves is in iambic pentameter.
Someone with too much free time has a webpage about this:
http://webcom.com/shadow/grotto/gilligan.html
The list only has modern stuff on it, so all of the broadside ballads
which are sung to Greensleeves (or Millfield) aren't included, but
here's their list:
Greensleeves/What Child Is This
Gilligan's Island
House of the Rising Sun
Stairway to Heaven
Amazing Grace
American the Beautiful
O Little Town of Bethlehem
Puff the Magic Dragon
The Yellow Rose of Texas
The "Ode to Joy" from the Fourth Movement of Beethoven's 9th Symphony,
The Marine Corps Hymn
Sandy (by Harry Chapin):
Sandy is the seashore
And Sandy is the sea
Sandy is the clear blue sky
Or so it seems to me
Oh yes, I see her everywhere
In everything I see
She can turn to anything
That she would like to be
most sonnets by Shakespeare
any poem by Emily Dickinson
