I am seeking "the Black Bard of Meridies", Stephan ToutNoir (persona name 
approximate), in hopes of gaining more formal permission to include one his 
works as an appendix to a scholarly paper I have prepared upon the nature of 
bards.

Any assistance in obtaining an address or other means of contact would be 
appreciated.
