Double postings

I've found that when I reply to certain postings, it will say 

    to:  bardic at virginia.edu
    Cc:  bardic at virginia.edu

So when I reply, I actually send it twice, also, I will be replying to 
someone and it will have their personal address for the "to:" and it will 
also have the entire list, so that person may get it twice...  I usually 
cut it out.
