The Order of the Troubadour is an order of low merit (like unto
Terpsichore) in the Kingdom of the East. It is not a polling order, and
is given at the whim and/or behest of the monarch(s). The Troubadours
I know are Lord Arden of Icomb (Iron Bog/Bhakail area) and Lady Ysabeau,
who is, at present, Queen's Bard, I hear. She lives in the Rusted
Woodlands area. I think. Most past and present King's/Queen's bards are
Troubadours. There is (or was) a College of Bards, as well, under tha
administrative jurisdiction of Lady Mairi--O'Reilly would be the modern
spelling of her SCA name. Last I knew of her, she was in Bhakail as
well. My suggestion to you would be to contact seneschals (or Queen,
perhaps, in
the case of Ysabeau) for contact addresses and phone numbers. Mudane
names of the people mentioned are Paul Butler (111 Chestnut St., Apt 614,
Cherry Hill, NJ 08002); Jennifer Bober; and Linda Reilly.
My information may be a bit inaccurate, but should be generally correct.
I've been at sea for five years, but I have my sources.

of Conor, first filidh of the College.
