The East Kingdom Music Guild is pretty much defunct.  Its last
guildmasters were Leah and Fiddle, now living in Sylvan Glen (eastern
panhandle WV).  It's been a couple years since the last issue of
the newsletter came out.

There are certainly concentrated groups of musicians in Carolingia
and Debatable Lands, and smaller pockets in several other places.
