That's exactly why I'm building an annotated bibliography (which, by
the way, is available on the web page or you can send me email to get
a copy). It can be hard to find books in a library from subject or
keywordsy, but if it isn't in your library, it takes either a lot of
money or going throgh Interlibrary Loan to get the book, so I like to
know that it will actually be useful.

For this one, we probably won't find out about it until it arrives in
someone's library, so I'll add it to the bibliography without a
comment.
