Eastrealm Order of the Troubador message (fwd)

Greetings Troubadors,

    For quite a while now I have been trying to find information about 
the Order of the Troubador.......nobody in my province seems to know very 
much. I have been running bardic circles in my canton for the past year 
and have performed at a few events and demos. I would be delighted to 
know how one is inducted into the order....as well as if there are amy 
members in the NYC area. Much thanks!
