Hunting the Wren

If you want a negative data point: 

Simpson's _The British Broadside Ballad And Its Music_ doesn't list
"Hunting of the Wren" in the index. This book is a very comprehensive
list of tunes and information about tunes that appear in broadsides,
collections, and similar sources. Absense of evidence is not evidence
of absense, of course, but I think that BBB talks about _most_ tunes
of this type that go back to period.

Anyone know of any other good, comprehensive sources for documenting
tunes?
