I'd be willing to bet that there is a Spanish translation of it. My library has a bunch of spanish books about Alfonso which aren't obviously about the Cantigas de Santa Maria, I could flip through them. I'd be interested in putting a facsimile/transcription on the web, but I wouldn't do the library book for a while. Once you have a Spanish translation it isn't that hard to get to English.
