hist-games: Regarding the rules for "Offenes Kartenspiel"

Dear Subscribers,

I've been asked to post the (Englished) rules
to the mailing-list.
I won't post the text itself but I'll put
an HTML-version on my server and post the
URL instead, for everybody to download.

I'll work on both translation and HTML-page
during Ascension and they should be ready on
Friday.
