1) Don't post off topic material. If you suspect something might be off-topic
and want to post it, write the list owner first.

2) Don't post bogus, incorrect off-topic material. 99% of that posting
is bunk; I believe it was written as a joke. It's already caused extensive
and unproductive discussions in many other places.
