hist-brewing: bee balm/beer

   I routinely use bee balm (flowers) in gruit meads. There is 
considerable difference in aromatics from one variety to the next. (At 
beer I once did with a local variety finished with. powerful oregano 
character.) My favorite is a rose scented variety from Richters Herbs.
   My interest is more in the aromatics than the bittering.
