                   Most people have not tasted a good mead. In Australia their is only 1 commerical  mead maker and what I have  tasted was not good.So Meads are too dry or too sweet with no body.Melomel blended with so fruits can be fantastic.Australia has the best blend of honey Re----the variety of Eucalyptus.
