Howabout a peltier driven heatpipe?

http://www.cheresources.com/htpipes.shtml
shows the "useful" temperature range of different liquids used in heat
pipes with Ethanol at 0 to 130 C.
After looking online there does seem to be a lot of manufactures, finding
one with the right specs might take some time but there HAS to be one out
there.
