hist-brewing: OT: Pectic Enzyme

I have started a plum melomel, and I was wondering how much pectic enzyme I should add for a 2 gallon batch? I also added some lactose as an experiment, and I am not sure if this will affect it's overall clarity or not.

It is just about done in the primary, and I did add probably about 2 teaspoons to each gallon. Is that enough? If not can I add it to the secondary?
