hist-brewing: The Witty Brit

I am the brewer at Rocky Run Tap and Grille in Columbia, MD. Recently, 
I brewed a beer based on a recipe from PRIVATE BREWER'S GUIDE (1822). 
It is an amber English ale brewed with coriander and orange peel, and 
dry spiced with ginger. I call it "The Witty Brit". If you are in the 
Balto-DC area, I hope you will stop by and give it a try. My next 
seasonal beer will be another historical beer, a Pennsylvania Swankey, 
which is brewed with anise.
