hist-brewing: Malt

  Thank you all for your suggestions.  As I was unaware that the malt
merely had to be broken, my morter and pestle will handle the amount I
  I'm sorry if I misled folks in thinking this was for brewing a beer.
I want to try a raisin wine that is much like a sherry and the recipe
called for a light malt.
  I've been wanting to make my own malt for some time so this seemed as
good as any.
