You can buy Bay Laurel berries from Francisco Sirene, an online spicer
(a search for the name under google get's him).

Viper's Bugloss (Echium Vulgare) you would probably find as a small
weedy looking plant with a purple/blue flower at any nursery
specialising in unusual english cottage plants. In Australia it is
known as Patterson's Curse and is a rampant weed. If I want some, I
just look for purple speckles in a paddock... In England (where it is
native) it is endangered... Go figure... Makes a great honey plant
too...

Cheers,

Craig Jones.
