Thanks George for taking the time to reply in detail.
But, isn't there more caramel in chrystal, or did I
sleep thru class that day? I thot chrystal was used
in English ales and doubels, etc., and the class of
reds, as Bulldog, Killigans Red, etc.
I thot the Viennas went a direction with melanoidin
rather than caramel of chrystal.
