hist-brewing: Buying Barley seeds

I'm actually writing for a friend who wants to do some all grain brewing
and grow the grain himself, however what he can't seem to find is anywhere
that sells barley seeds.  Anyone else on this list nuts enough to know
where to get barley seeds?
