This should be available from your local homebrew store as well, and 
probably at a better price than $3.95/2 lbs.  Briess malting 
manufactures rye malt and it is distributed thru the usual channels, 
although it it may be a special order item. (see 
http://www.briess.com/Products/rm.htm)
