hist-brewing: Grains/bread

Assuming there is not an excessive amount of moisture, adding a cup of grain
to any good whole wheat or multi-grain bread recipe is acceptable.  It will
not add enough liquid to affect any recipe.  Try to stay away from the
roasted grains.  Toasted and crystal are the best.
