    The Known World Brewing Competition is usually on Tuesday of 
War Week, IIRC.
    I have offered to teach the following classes, but have not heard 
back from Mistress Alys as to which classes she wants.
    Elementary Ale (Brewing from Malt Extract)
    Making Mead
    Brewing from Malted Grain
    Fundamentals of Period Brewing
