I'd suggest starting to look at:

You'll find some webpages giving some recipes, but also a big
bibliography of books covering the topic. If you're new to brewing,
then I would suggest a book that provides a good introduction; most
people can't start with a recipe and no other explanation and get a
good result the first time.
