This is slightly off-topic, but I am finishing work to republish an old
brewing book, "The Complete Practical Brewer", by M.L. Byrn, 1852. I
know a number of people on the list have published books and might be
able to recommend a printer/binder that can work with a short-run hard
cover book, and not cause the book to cost a fortune. If you have
information on printers and binders to use (or not use), please e-mail
me directly so the digest doesn't get polluted with this off-topic
info. Any help is appreciated.
