hist-brewing: wheat extract

I do not believe you can purchase it anymore in the US. A German company 
called Ireks used to make it, but they no longer do. You might find some in a 
brewshop, but it will be quite outdated.

You can make some. Use clean gravel and/or rice hulls to prevent a stuck 
sparge.
