Another strong argument for using the Latin names. Otherwise we'll just get stuck in an argument over whether it's a 'strömming' or 'sill' (which are 2 regional names for the same fish in Sweden).
A question that comes to mind...
How much of a difference would it be between 2 sub-species of say Betula (Birch) compared to that of maple (can't recall the Latin name atm)
