hist-brewing: need peach wine recipe

For 5 gallons
12# peaches    Peel and pit. Blenderize to a pulp.
Add to water.  Add enough sugar for a specific gravity of 1.090 to 1.100
2 tsp acid blend    1 tsp yeast nutrient.    1 tsp pectic enzyme
wine yeast
