hist-brewing: Adam Larsen...

Fri Jun 23 07:00:20 PDT 2000

Sorry to take up list space, but I felt that a post publicly thanking Adam Larsen was called for, and I think I can speak for everyone here. Not only has he been taking a significant amount of time to research, draft, and post his articles to the web, but also to answer questions and make sure that this information is truly understood and respected by brewers that are now just being introduced to this style of brewing.

I am still working to compile all of this information into a webable document with internal links and an appendix with discussion and comments, so if you have missed some of this and are having trouble finding what you are looking for in the archives, sit tight, it is on its way. There will also be an area for brewers to post information about their results and tasting comments, as well as public reaction, so if you brew one of these, please take notes so you can share your results with others, and let Adam know how his work is being appreciated.

And, also, lets not forget to thank our host Greg Lindahl for providing this forum for brewers of all backgrounds to get together and share this type of information.
