I wouldn't suggest freezing your yeast unless it can be kept well below the 
freezing point. short thaws will cut viability drastically.
cover it with distilled water and put it in your fridge.

A while back someone said they had a method of preserving yeast by
adding glicerin and freezing.  I think it may have been a kit.  Where
can I find out how to do this?
