hist-brewing: The Household Cyclopedia (1881)

I just found a really great 19th century historic brewing resource that I figured I would share. Sorry if this has been posted before.

The brewing section of The Household Cyclopedia (1881) (and the rest as well) has been put on the web and is available at http://members.xoom.com/_XMCM/mspong/brewing.html
It has information on making beer, wine, and cider and includes about 100 recipes for everything from white ale, Essex ale, and spruce beer to gooseberry wine, walnut mead and koumiss (mmmm, fermented milk). Also a lot of interesting technique information, like how to make a brimstone match for "sweetening" barrels.
