hist-brewing: Re: Hello

5 gallons ...sheesh...a rarely brew such large batches.  My batches are often between 4-12 liters in size.  It gives room for experimenting and pouring 6 liters of failed herbal beer down the drain doesn't hurt as much as wasting 25 liters.

Currently I have 8 liters of Berliner Weisse and 5 liters of apple-vanilla mead going.  Soon to be expanded with 6 liters of herbal rye beer, 5 liters of spiced xmas beer (probably porter or stout based) and a belgian ale of some kind.
