hist-brewing: Medieval brewing assistance needed!

Who knew me back then?? Who is this?
Since then, Ihave gotten married, have an 8 year old step son, 2.5 year
old daughter and 4 month old son. Trose is no longer with us I put him
to sleep at 16 years old. His back legs were giving out on him.
