hist-brewing: Non-Alcoholic Beverages for the Children

Greetings all,

In Response to Non-Alcoholic Beverages I usally make some a day or two 
before I an event.  My base recipe is:

1 Qt water
1 cup Honey
1 Lemon sliced
nutmeg

I heat it up as you would a must, cool and bottle in some type of container 
and refrigerate.  After the event if there is any left, I have the base for 
what I call 'Day after Mead'.  Hope this helps.
