Makes good *filter* bedding, too. I use it in the lauter tun for my
rye beers (unlike barley malt, rye malt has no husk). S'pose it
would work for over-milled grist, too. Oak straw seems to be
best because it imparts less flavor than rye straw or wheat
straw.
