hist-brewing: Help requested with mead bibliography

I've recently begun putting together a biobiographic list for meadmakers
and wanted to ask list members for further suggestions. As you can see
below, I've already included Cindy Renfrow's _A Sip Through Time_ and
numbers 5 and 60 of the Compleat Anachronist series. Digby is there also.
What other historical resouces do I need to add to this section?

Thanks in advance for any help!
