hist-brewing: Ale as in NO HOPS

Hello group,

Nothing much lately, so I thought I might start a thread.
I have just finished an Ale, as in "No Hops"
(10 gal. batch)
18 lbs. of modified two-row
  1 lbs. of barley
1/8 tsp. orris root
1/4 tsp. sweet gale
1.44 oz of Saint John's Wart
Nottingham Yeast
1048 Specific Gravity.



I will let you know how it tastes.
