hist-brewing: 1503 beer recipe

I have finished the references on the redaction I did of a 15th-century 
ale recipe.  I do not consider the article to be "finished", since I 
intend to brew another possible redaction of the same original and write 
*that* up, too, to illustrate how one source can give two equally valid 
modern interpretations.

However, all the references are installed, including hyperlinks to the 
original source for the recipe.
