hist-brewing: rescans

http://vms.arizona.edu/~jliddil/london2.zip  is where the rescans are.  I
found that some of this was my fault and some fo the pages were not
photocopied very well.  So there you have it.  I can't help but see what a
great thing this could be if each person could photocopy one book once in a
while.  I think the Gutenbrew idea is great.  Maybe we could get AOB/AHA
funding (major sarcasm mode ON!)
