hist-brewing: Hildegard of Bingen

Dear All,

St Hildegard of Bingen is commonly quoted as being the first person 
to describe hopped beer in Physica, her 1179 encyclopaedic book.  But 
what did she write exactly?  I can't find any of her naturalist work, 
though there's plenty of books devoted to her spiritual outpourings.  
Does anyone have a version (in Latin or modern English?).
