bwbug: CHARMM

please give me some feed back if anyone is running CHARMM in parallel. I am 
not sure if i am going to run SGE or integrate it with MAUI. If anyone has 
parallelized CHARMM, please respond with what kind of scheduler you are 
using, as well as how the process was actually done
