Thanks for your reply. I will be digging into the hardware and
contacting the vendor to see what I find.

Is there a particular software stress test you are using or is
it your own code? What other test suites do beowulf folks
run? I purchased my cluster from a vendor, who presumably
tested the components for compatibility. It has worked fine
for the last four months, so it is just the new usage that
seems to have found a problem.
