ads3: Merry Rose announcement

I will be posting an announcement to the Merry Rose within the next 24 hours 
to accomplish a number of different things:

- Website updated
- Some "selected" class listings now available online
- Hotel booking deadline looming (1/24)
- Hafla announcement
- Clarification of site rules re: money

I know of one input already being worked (from Constanza).  If anyone else 
has something specific that you would like me to include, please let me know 
soonest.
